Hilton Head's Health Hacker Reveals Secrets to Radical Health, Longevity & Endless Energy
What does real health actually look like—and why do some people seem to have endless energy while others feel stuck, tired, or inflamed?
In this episode of Real Talk Hilton Head, we sit down with Fifth Fithian, local business owner, wellness thinker, world traveler, and the force behind Smooth Cafe on Hilton Head Island, for a wide-ranging and thought-provoking conversation on health, vitality, and living well.
This isn’t a medical lecture or a one-size-fits-all prescription. It’s an honest, curiosity-driven discussion that challenges common assumptions about nutrition, inflammation, gut health, energy, and daily habits—and invites you to rethink how you care for your body.
Fifth shares his personal philosophy on:
- Energy, vitality, and longevity
- Gut health, inflammation, and food choices
- Fermentation, turmeric, and natural wellness strategies
- Movement, sunlight, grounding, and daily routines
- How mindset and joy influence overall health
- Why Hilton Head Island naturally supports an active, healthy lifestyle
Along the way, Fifth also shares stories from living and working around the world—and why he ultimately chose Hilton Head Island as home.

0:11
to talk to us about. So, absolutely. Health and Wellness and Smooth, the cafe
0:16
that you run. We're really excited to dive into that. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. I I said it in the beginning, you know, to anybody out
0:23
there. The first time I met Fifth was at a party. It was a Fourth of July party, actually. And Nick and Tracy. Nick,
0:28
shout out to Nick and Tracy. What's up? Um, and I said to Dale, I I
0:34
just I all I wanted to do is sit and talk to you. I felt bad I'm at this big party, but I just wanted to talk to Fifth because you're just such an
0:40
interesting guy. And uh, you know, so I'm I I just stay for the whole episode because Fifth is so full of life. He's
0:47
one of those people where you get around him and your battery recharges. You just get so much energy and life from them.
0:52
So, let's dive in. This episode brought to you by Summit Services. heating, cooling, electrical,
0:58
and pool systems done right. Visit callsummitservices.com.
1:04
And let's start with your story because you have an awesome story. You've been around a lot of places, but let's start.
1:10
Where did you grow up and kind of what's been your path so far to hear? Okay. So, kind of and I'll skim over it,
1:16
but um so my dad was a pilot and so we started moving when I was 2 years old. So, I was
1:21
born down in the States, but then I loosely call Canada mostly home. So, uh,
1:26
when I was younger, I was in a place called North Bay, Ontario. And then after that, uh, moved over to Montreal,
1:32
learned French. So, I'm, uh, considered, what you say an anglo anglophone that speaks French.
1:37
So, uh, so I definitely have an accent when I speak French. Yeah. Speak French. Uh, and then when I was in
1:43
the States, undergrad down in California, and I finished, uh, out in Greece uh, with Brit uh, Boston College
1:50
and then I did an internship in Germany. Wow. And then uh while I was go ahead
1:55
what were you studying? So uh I initially started as a uh actually interesting architect and then
2:02
that was too boring. So I be wanted to go be he was an architect. So I decided to become an accountant.
2:08
Okay. And that was boring. It's not going anywhere. And uh so then hotel
2:13
management and and finance and entertainment activities kind of in the hotel industry. Yeah. So I while I was
2:20
over in Greece, I kept getting a phone call from a company called Club Med. Okay. And my mom kept hanging up on them.
2:25
Oh no. And so when I was dementia in Germany and then I got home, I happened to be home for about two weeks. Did not know
2:31
when I was going to do Club Med called and like we've been calling you like the last four months and your mom's hanging up. I'm like, "Mom." And uh so then I
2:38
started my journey with Club Med. So with Club Med, I was uh down in Florida and then just all over the world in the Bahamas and uh Luther and then Paradise
2:46
Island and then Columbus and then Turks and Caos Puntan. The whole time I was doing entertainment activities. I
2:52
learned how to be a sailing instructor, wind surfing instructor, snorkeling instructor. Uh I learned how to teach
2:58
trapze, the sports, and then I was a the the manager director of sports. Uh I was
3:04
out in Maicius Island. That's when I was living out in South Africa. Uh, and then I worked out in Australia. I was out in
3:10
Bali, up in Morocco, in France. Uh, and then became GM a couple of times when I
3:15
was Cancun and in New Calonia. So, I was in New Calonia. I love New Calon. Do you know New
3:21
Calonia? Just off of New Zealand. Yeah. So, then uh while I was out there, decided, you know what? I always kind of
3:27
wanted to become a lawyer. Again, boring job. It's what am I thinking? Somebody could have stopped me. Stop me.
3:34
So then to all you people out there, hold on. How are you holding on for this? I told you it was going to be 3
3:40
minutes into it. You don't even know. I was in the Bahamas and I flew to University of Miami and took the LSAT.
3:47
And then I was out in Australia when I found out that I passed the ELSAT. Uh and then I like a week before school,
3:53
law school started, I came back and I had evidently a very strong Australian French accent. Oh wow.
3:58
And so the one of the professors like where are you from? It was like very interesting. And granted I was in law
4:04
school. I had long hair and I had nine earrings. Although the whole time I was cons very very conservative, but it definitely
4:10
didn't look like I was conservative. Uh while I was in law school, I decided I wanted to go to a law school that uh
4:16
had some surfing. So it was either San Diego or Malibu. And I'm like, "Well, Malibu has better surfing." So I ended up Malibu and there's a school called
4:22
Pepperdine I'd never heard of. I go there and it's like ultra conservative. And they're all looking at me. It was it
4:29
was an interesting experience in law school. Although I would have to say I was probably more conserved than almost
4:34
90% of those people. Okay. So after law school I went back to club med and while I was in Paradise Island
4:40
in the Bahamas, one of the legal the people the lawyers on the legal team uh
4:46
was away for maternity leave. So I ended up working in Miami. And while I was in Miami, I'm like I'll just take the Florida bar. So I took the Florida bar.
4:52
She came back. I ended up down at the club men in Cancun while I was in Cancun. Found out I passed the bar. So
4:58
on my way to Bali, I went to Miami and got sworn in and I was in shorts and a tank top as a lawyer. And then I went
5:05
and worked out in Bali. I was living out in Bali for a while. Uh, and that was good. But then I
5:10
decided to try the cruise industry. So I became a cruise director and the whole time I'm just an attorney cruise
5:17
director. How many guys people out there guys and gals out there who who sweated over the
5:23
bar? He just casually passes the bar and his flipflops and this says I'm gonna go
5:29
to club med. Like you got people out there who are like are you kidding me? Like really? That's actually so I was
5:34
when I was lawyer in Miami it was so boring but went to Bali and then actually before cruise director I came
5:40
back I was in California and practicing law in California in-house again. Way too boring just I couldn't do it. So
5:47
then that's when I started cruise directing. Uh, and then I was living down in Argentina and then up in Boston. Mostly out in Hawaii, up in Alaska, was
5:55
out in Germany. And the whole time I was also still on my time off would work
6:00
with Club Meds. I'll be like 6 months on and two months off. So you were doing those like cruises or
6:07
No, Cl is international a French organization, international hotels and they're resorts. It's all inclusive
6:13
resorts. And they're all around the world and and I was snowking up in Colorado and then
6:18
So you would go resort to resort? Yes. Every 6 months to a year. I was two
6:23
years in Maitius. Uh and so I would be on the ship for 6 months and then I get
6:29
three months off. Actually, three months and then I'd go work at a club. Then I'd help with the trapze. I do the water ski
6:34
show because I used to be a water skiing instructor. So I do the water ski shows in Cancun. Uh, and then I was working
6:40
with Cirtole because my friends were in Cirtole and so I was helping out uh mostly with their charity events and in
6:46
between acts and the pre-show and the post show and so I still work with Cirtole. So I was just out there like a
6:51
couple months ago uh at the MGM with a big event charity event that they had with Cirusle.
6:57
Wow. So I was doing that uh working the cruise ships uh and then I decided to take a break. So I was up in Denali did
7:03
a summer season. the summer season ended and so then I went to the Keys and I was down in the Keys for about two years. I
7:09
had a great time but then they transferred key managers up to Hilton Head to open up the beach house and I
7:15
was a GM over at the Tiki. So that's how you ended up here on the island. Okay. And so that's on the south end.
7:21
So I'm sorry I'm trying to cuz I got to see the resume. I want to see the roll
7:26
out. Yeah. Right. Definitely a couple. So wait you you how did you get to the tiki head? That was part of what? So, so
7:34
the resort I worked down in the Keys is called Hawkk Resort and it's Hawk. Yeah. Okay. So, have you been to Hawk? No, I've heard of it.
7:39
So, it's like 2,000. I haven't been anywhere. Like, you're literally making me feel like horrible about my life. Okay. So, it's this huge
7:46
resort, a mile and a half by half a mile. There's something like 38 swimming pools and lagoon and the kids. I ran all
7:52
the activities, entertainment kids program, just huge thing. And then they they transferred four key managers up to
7:58
Hilton Head to open a property that had I think 200 rooms. I'm like, what did I
8:03
give myself, man? This is just 200. It's like a little boutique.
8:09
So, the GM at the TK created the volleyball program, the volleyball tournaments that created that put all
8:15
the new volleyball courts in there because I'm big volleyball and I play volleyball, compete in volleyball. And um it's funny, people are like, "Of
8:22
course you do." So, I created the full moon parties and but I'm uh I I am a personal trainer as
8:29
well. And then I do triathlons and compete and I did cross country and track in university.
8:34
Um and then started doing marathons and then started doing muddy buddies and so then uh the smooth shop came open the
8:42
smooth cafe came. So you were managing the hotel. So I was at the GM and then over not the
8:47
hotel at the Tiki Hut. Tiki Hut. Okay. Just so Tiki Hut was separate. So Tiki is part of the beach house. Got
8:54
it. It's all at the same resort. I was working for a guy named Jeff Alcessor who brought me up from HK.
9:00
Okay. So, I was there but I'm getting people drunk and I'm kind of a health nut and and since then I become a natural path
9:06
healing natural ways. Uh and then the smooth cafe opened and I'm like I don't have anything else to
9:12
do. I So I bought the smooth cafe and at the time I usually move countries every two years. So my friends called me up.
9:18
They're like where are you moving? I go well I own a bike and I just bought a smooth cafe. So I'm staying put.
9:24
So this is it. Wow. I when I landed on Hilton Head Island, I was here for probably three maybe four weeks.
9:30
Absolutely fell in love. It's the number one place in the world. Absolutely. Of all the places that you've traveled.
9:36
I mean all So you don't need to move. You've you've already here. I mean you have to discover it. That's fascinating that this place
9:42
hooked you. Well, and it's interesting. One of the reasons So I lived in California and I lived in Hawaii several years. I lived
9:49
down in Bali and Australia and down in South Africa. I lived Morocco. All these places. One of the reasons I love this
9:54
island is a for the trees. I love the trees. Amen. So now get get this. I'm working at Tiki
10:00
Hat and there's a tree in the middle of our stage. Literally in the center of our stage, there's a big old tree and
10:06
the musicians had to play around it. So I get there. I go to the city. I'm like, we were cutting this tree down. If not, we're at least cleaning the the
10:12
branches. And there you can't. You got to get a permit. And if you cut a branch and you don't get the permit, it's like a $1,000 per branch. It's just this huge
10:19
fine. So at the time I'm kind of frustrated that these tree police are like on top of everybody.
10:25
So then there's a volleyball tournament over in Tabby Island. So I went to Tabby Island and I'm not speaking ill of any
10:31
place, but the city planners it looks like the right now it looks like it was built in the 60s.
10:37
There's no trees and there's these the telephone poles and then the lamp posts
10:42
and the neon signs and and here with all the regulations it's really kept its
10:48
beauty and uniqueness. Like if people 100 years ago would arrive and they would say it still looks the same.
10:54
Yeah. You know, all the all the signs are behind the trees, all the stores. Now when you first arrive, it's really hard to find the stores. Exactly. Cuz you
11:00
can't see the signs. I'm like, what? You're looking under the tree going, "What's that right there?" Really?
11:06
I don't see anything. But so I came back and I love the tree police cuz our island is just so beautiful.
11:12
There's a reason for it. Yeah. Right. And that's why I fell in love with it. Are you thinking about making a move to
11:17
the low country? Whether you're searching for the perfect home or you're exploring vibrant communities on the
11:22
coast or dreaming of a new lifestyle, we're here to help. Contact the David Dale team today and
11:28
let's make your dream a reality. Now, I do have to say I'm I'm more
11:34
partunate. Is that the word? Partial partial. Partial to the south end. And sometimes my English loses me. I
11:39
think in French. Uh but and my Spanish sometimes and my Japanese, but uh I'm
11:45
definitely partial to the south end and I live on the south end and all the stores and the restaurants. So if you're
11:50
in the south end, you don't have to go anywhere. Within a mile and a half, you have everything. So on the north end,
11:55
you have everything. A mile and a half, you have everything on the north end. So the north enders really don't hang out with the south enders kind of thing. And
12:02
I do if I come to the north end like I have to go to Walmart and granted I have a a brand new Jeep but if I'm coming in
12:09
the north end because it's almost six miles I pack a lunch and a water in case I break down. Well I mean it's almost
12:14
six miles like the south end there's no reason to come to North End and now you
12:20
have the the mid island and they can go both ways but but I'm a south ender and I apologize for that.
12:26
No no we're north enders but you know but we live in harmony together.
12:32
It's funny because I I think that's the other thing most people don't It's actually a big island. It is. It is. It's a you know it's not Tibet
12:40
Addis super small but you know this is 72 square mile island. I mean it's but the beauty of the island and I'm an
12:46
island boy having lived on island almost all my life. Uh it's an island that you can drive to.
12:51
Yes. You don't have to get on a boat but it still feels like an island and you have the water and the boats and everything
12:56
else. It still has that character. Yeah. So, a lot of people they'll say, "Oh, I want to go to Hilton Hound Island. I'll
13:01
move to Bluffton." And nothing against Bluffton as well. But that bridge you
13:07
don't get on the island as much as you want to. Once you're on the island, you don't want to get off the island. So, well, and it's funny because with the
13:13
real estate side of things, right, when people are looking and we always talk about this there, I'm looking from Wilmington all the way down. You know,
13:19
we hear all that and the first question we have to ask them is, "Are you an island person or a mainland person?" Blan person like, "Oh, I don't think it
13:26
matters." I'm like, it it so matters. Like it's a your daytoday life is
13:31
radically different if you're on the island versus on you know Bluton. If you think the island's you know where you
13:37
want to spend your time, you got to live on it. Absolutely. And don't get me wrong, Blleton's up and coming and we're losing
13:43
all our FnB employees and the restaurants cuz the restaurants and the food and the bars in Bluffton are just
13:49
knocking it out of the ballpark. Super super awesome. But you're not going to get me off this
13:54
island. I'm sorry. I'm on the island and I'm on the south end and I'm here to stay. You're going to have to peel me off that south island. I agree with you.
14:00
It's a different feel from Blon to the island, but I think he has the right energy for the south end.
14:06
A thousand%. He should be anywhere. It's going to be on the island. When I um when David and I were looking
14:12
to move here, we contemplated Bluton. I said to him, you know, I don't want to be somewhere where I can't just go out
14:19
my front door on my bike and ride. You know, that was a big deal for me to be able to get my bike and just ride on all
14:24
these trails that we have here. It's one of the top 10 in the United States for bike trails. And if you're in
14:30
Sea Pines, the bike trails and sea pines are so beautiful. I live on South Forest, so I cross the
14:36
street with my surfboard. Oh, so I didn't tell you. So I'm also a surf instructor and I teach surfing. Of course you are.
14:42
Do you know JT Roberts? You know JT? JT? I know JT. Yeah, and then uh John James. John, the guy
14:48
who builds all the surfboards. really nice guy as well. So, I walk across the street with my surfboard. I'm right there on the beach. So, every day if I
14:55
have to be at work in 30 minutes, I'll run to the beach, hang out in the water, run back, jump in my jeep, and then go
15:01
to work. You know, it's just it's just so right there, right? By the way, so Nathan, we have a client who closes at
15:08
the end of this month. Nathan, if you're watching, I got to introduce you because he text me yesterday. He goes, "I'm
15:13
bringing my surfboard. Where do I go?" I was like, "Wrong guy." So, I'm going to connect him with you. Absolutely. When is he coming? He he's
15:20
here now. He just moved. He just started, but he closes at the end of the month. But we'll let him know the best months uh to
15:26
surf are September, October. Okay. And then uh probably March and April. Now, March and April, the water's still
15:31
cold. Okay. And the reason I like September, October is better is cuz the water's still warm. And I just don't like surfing with wet
15:37
suits. Yeah. But so like I was out there yesterday, the waves were amazing. So he needs to
15:43
get out there before November. I'm going to end. Well, thank you. This is for you. That's for you, Nathan. Well, let's
15:48
let's talk about Smooth Cafe. So, you've told us your journey up to Smooth Cafe until you purchasing it. So, so why why?
15:56
So, again, I was at uh TK getting people drunk, but I am a health guru and then, you know, personal trainer and getting
16:03
people triathlons. I train people for iron mans. Has that always been in your DNA? So,
16:08
like your whole life? My whole life and one of 11 kids and my mom, you know, we she always had
16:13
homemade bread and homemade pasta and homemade everything with 11 kids. she took some extra kids in that, you know,
16:19
needed a home. So, one time we had 17 kids. We had two houses in a big property with horses and everything
16:24
else, a horse pony. Um, and so it's always been my background and so I've
16:29
always been like a runner and a swimmer. Uh, I didn't like the running coach in high school, so I became a swimmer. Then
16:35
I was a runner in university. Okay. I did quite well. And so then that con convinced me to go to be a triathlon. So
16:41
I've always been a sports person. Okay. Yeah. So, with my law degree and when you go into law school and you come out,
16:47
you're a different person. So, now I love researching at night. And I usually researching two to three hours a night
16:52
every night. That's like when I'm bored, I just research kind of thing. And so, I started really getting into the natural path and natural healings.
17:00
Uh, and then I created and invented a thing called taohako. And
17:06
so, this is fermented time. time. That is such a great drink.
17:12
It tastes so good. It's so good. I almost And she's like, "You can only do a tablespoon." I'm like, "I want the whole
17:19
You can do a shot or whatever." I'm sorry. So, this is fermented thyme and this is
17:26
fermented turmeric. So, talk to us about those. So, the time back in the ancient Egyptian times, uh they knew that thyme
17:33
was really good for your lungs, congestion, sinuses, allergies. Okay. Uh and so I created a process. I
17:40
mean you people can figure it out but I created a process that you can ferment the time. Now I it was trial and error
17:46
and I tried different measurements and then I tried to mix it with the kombucha which is the fermented green tea. Uh and
17:52
it didn't work because it needs its own property. Okay. And so I finally found a recipe that does work and so I ferment the thyme.
17:59
Now because it's fermented if you do thyme seasoning it's going to heal your se your cough and your congestion
18:04
sinuses allergies. So you should have it every day. But because it's fermented 200 200%
18:11
stronger than regular time because it's readily accessible to be absorbed into your bloodstream. So you're going to get a two-fold
18:17
increase of the properties to heal your congestion sinuses and allergies. Um it
18:23
really it's like a super antihistamine. It's in it and it really tastes really good. It does. It does. And I haven't
18:30
tried it yet, but I think it would be really good if you did that with gin on ice. Oo wow that would taste so good.
18:38
Can I take that home and try it? It's all yours. Tell me how it tast. I think you need to tell me how it tastes. So now the the So
18:45
this is tuhako fermented time and because now what's the what's the So it's Japanese for fermented time. I'm
18:52
creative. Are you thinking of selling your home? With our exclusive Elevate package. We
18:58

19:13
So, contact the David Dale team today to learn more.
19:19
Can you drink too much? If you had a bottle every day for a year, then you it
19:24
would be bad because then you would have no bacter bacteria in your gut. Got it? And you need the back bad bacteria to
19:31
digest your food. Okay. So, this is a good bacteria. It's a probiotic because it's fermented. Okay. Uh so,
19:37
but again, you'd have to have a bottle every day for a tier tonight. So, if you're if you're having, you know, half a bottle every day, it's like
19:44
it's fine. I would do one to two shots a day and you're going to be perfect. Okay. All right. So this is tamu hako
19:49
Japanese because of my Japanese and then I invented this thing called the ukan hako and so the ukan hako and it's right
19:56
there ukan hako is uh Japanese for fermented turmeric. All right. Right. And the f fermented turmeric. The
20:03
interesting part of turmeric and I had a sheet and I have information and I do lectures at uh the smooth cafe. Okay.
20:10
So you come down and I've been to memory matters. I've been up to Sun City. I've been to the schools and I give lectures
20:15
at the schools as well. Super super important. So the turmeric is it looks like a root, right? It's part of the
20:21
ginger root family. But it's actually I I told you about my tumeric. Every day I do it as the root. I put it
20:28
in my roots. I grind it. Not the best way. It's not. It's seriously. Now, how when you ground
20:33
it to a a powder? No. Okay. It's super hard to uh absorb. So,
20:38
I'm going to get that. So, when I was when I make it, I use turmeric powder because it's really hard to break down.
20:44
It's not a root, it's a risome. So, as a ryome, your body, it's hard to break it down. So, if you're 35 and under, you're
20:52
35, 36. 29. 29. 35. That's right. Everybody out there 35 36
20:59
you heard it here on real talk. Um if you're 35 and under and healthy you're only going to get 15% absorption of the
21:06
what's called the kurcumin in the turmeric and the curcumin is the anti-inflammatory property. Okay. Oh wow. So 15%
21:12
15% and it gets lower as you get older. Wow. Right. Uh then if when you consume the
21:17
turmeric, if you put it with pepper or cayenne in your digestive tract, it
21:22
heats your digestive juices up and it's helped able to break down the the t the turmeric risome
21:28
and you get a two-fold increase of about 25 to 30% absorption of the curcumin. Wow. Okay.
21:33
However, if you do the fermented turmeric, and I use the powder, so it's already broken down, and you do the
21:40
fermented turmeric, it becomes a probiotic. So you get all the benefits of a probiotic, but it's also readily
21:45
accessible to be absorbed into your bloodstream. Yeah. It doesn't go through your GI tract. So it's 400% strong in the absorption of
21:52
the curcumin or four times stronger. So that brings the absorption of the curcumin up to about 50 55 55% 50 to 55%
22:01
absorption. So that's why this is definitely like four times better than turmeric. But you cannot get enough
22:08
turmeric. So still do your tumeric. Tumeric powder in capsules is actually better than grinding it. Now, the
22:14
grinding of the the actual turmeric risone. Is that a root?
22:19
Ry ry. Sorry. Is it's you know the what's in there so you're not being tricked into did they
22:25
put something else in there. But if you can grind it down to a powder. Yeah. And you can make your own capsules. They
22:30
have these make your own capsules kind of thing. Then that would be the best. But make sure if when you're doing the capsules,
22:36
put it with some something when you eat cayenne and do it while you're eating with the turmeric. Yeah.
22:41
Uh pepper or cayenne. I use cayenne all the time. Oh, sorry. So, I'm just if I get this
22:47
right. So, because you're adding the heat, it's going to create in your stomach the enzymes to break it down
22:54
break it down% and food with it. So, it adds as like a digestive
22:59
enzyme. Absolutely. In your GI tract. And because I think we can park here for a minute because one, it's so deep and I I
23:05
I want the audience if they really haven't been paying attention because we're so trained on just go and do
23:12
prescriptions. Not that there's anything wrong. I'm not dogging on it, but but the power because we were had Dr.
23:18
Bradley on and what he talked about was the two primary things actually really three is you know your gut health.
23:24
Yep. Blood sugar and inflammation. Like if you can go ahead. I can literally go on 10 hours of the
23:30
three things you just said. All diseases come from the gut. Yep. All diseases come from the gut. And
23:36
anybody I'll arm wrestle you for that one. This is your camera. That's your camera. I will arm wrestle
23:41
you for that one. All disease comes from your gut. Uh and you're missing a mineral or you're not digesting a
23:47
mineral. Something in your in your system is blocking certain minerals. Okay. Uh the number two is your glycemic
23:53
level. Blood sugar. Blood sugar. It's not your blood pressure and it's not your cholesterol.
23:58
It's the uh your glycemic level. H and then the third one is inflammation.
24:04
Now all of these correlate especially this this killer that we now have because of our diet, the American diet
24:11
and it's not as prevalent in Europe and there's certain countries that don't have it. India is almost zero is Alzheimer's and dementia. Right.
24:17
All three of those cause Alzheimer's dementia. Now the biggest one is inflammation. Yes. Now, typically men
24:23
don't live as old as women because we jump off of trees and dive into silly stuff and we're just knuckleheads. Yes.
24:30
But typically, you heard that here. Typically, at a certain age, there's more guys than girls, men, than women
24:37
that have Alzheimer's and dementia. And the reason is is because girls are wimpy. They're just so wimpy. If they
24:44
have a pain and ache, they're going to take an aspirin. They're going to alleviate the the inflammation. We're like, "Ah, it's just
24:50
little arthritis. Just jump off. Walk it off, man. Walk it off." And so we walk it off and we
24:56
continuously have this arthritis and the pain and the swelling. And then when your body has swelling, it
25:02
creates around the brain what's called beta amaloids. So to protect it because it doesn't want to get menitis,
25:08
okay? And so it's protecting the brain number one. So the four most important things is your heart and then your lungs and
25:14
then your brain and then your quads. Okay? So that's protection. So, the protection of your brain
25:19
squats. I want to park on that because you know I heard a thing that said if you did 150 squats a day, you only have to do 150. Go ahead.
25:26
Okay. Well, they were saying that that that does it's so amazing by for the
25:33
rest of your health. I could never understood it, but understand it it sends the endorphins, sends testosterone, it sends the energy, it
25:39
sends oxygen to the brain. There's also stability. So, once you lose stability,
25:44
you fall on the ground, you can't get up. Yeah. Also, once you break your hip, your life expectancy goes straight to the room.
25:49
So, whenever somebody's getting up off of a chair and they're always going like this, the worst No, no. If you get on the
25:55
ground and you're tying your shoe and you go like this and you stand up, the worst no more. You're here. You always
26:00
want to be strengthening your quad. Okay? So, you'll always The quad is so important. And when you work out the
26:05
muscles in your quad, it works also the muscles in your body. You're also getting more oxygen to your brain. And
26:11
the bigger your quads, the bigger your brain. You want a big brain. You you don't want a fat head, but you want a
26:16
big brain. Lots of oxygen. Yeah. The other thing about your quads and working out, it's enlarging your AMC,
26:22
which is your anterior missing signal cortex, which is the biggest artery into your hippocampus. And by and gets bigger and smaller on a
26:29
daily basis. Ath athletes uh have a bigger uh AMC. They're getting more
26:34
oxygen to the brain. They have more clarity and they're going to live longer. That's why when you work out, you feel
26:39
so much better. a you're like the worst thing you want to do when you're about to work out is to work out. You're like,
26:45
"Oh, why?" As soon as you're done, you got more energy. You got more clarity. You're you're snapping, you're good to
26:50
go. Your synapses are snapping. It's getting oxygen. It's also getting electricity up there. Fascinating. So, when you have inflammation, you have
26:57
the beta amloids. So, while you're ba the beta amalloids around your band, you're not getting the colons and other nutrients into your brain, the brain.
27:03
So, you have the syninnapse and it's the memory cells of where do I park my car, where I car keys, and you have the syninnapse come right here. And if
27:09
you're not getting the colon, these start to shrivel up and die and they they separate. You're like, "Oh, dang.
27:15
Where did I park my car? Where did my car?" Right? So, you get the turmeric and as soon as you get the turmeric, alleviates
27:21
inflammation, alleviates inflammation. It clears out the beta amalloids and you get brain focus. They call it
27:27
aththeritic arthritic haze or brain fog. You know, as you get older and you're, you know, oh, aches and pains. It's all
27:34
the inflammation. Yeah. And the inflammation is caused by the the sugar. Now, I do have to say turmeric will take
27:41
the inflammation away, but it's much like a snake bite and and the antivenenom. So, this is the antivenenom
27:48
and the sugar is a snake bite. So, you get bit by the snake, you get the antivenenom, it clears up and you're good to go.
27:53
Yeah. Well, the snake bite is the sugar. So, you clear it up with the antivenenom, the turmeric, and you're good to go. And
28:00
then you have more sugar. Then you have more inflammation. So that's where the diet and the choices, you know, make
28:06
because and you hit it on the head, the American diet, especially the processed food side of things, right? Yeah. So that's where people have to and
28:12
and we talk about all the time there's, you know, it's so hard to be disciplined like when you don't
28:19
you got to decide. So some people you have to decide. So I've been a carnivore for almost a year now, about 10 months,
28:24
11 months that it some people like I was uh training this
28:29
one guy and he was having a diabetic. He was heading to diabetes. He was having some stuff with his eyes, inflammation,
28:36
his arm, his shoulders, and he was just pain. Hey, he's a golfer, his back. So, I I trained him to become keto and
28:43
then I started to lead him into carnivore. And then two weeks in, three weeks in, when am I off of this? So, I
28:48
need I I usually on Friday, it's a week from now, I get my pizza night and I'm just dreaming about that pizza. I'm
28:55
like, well, that's an obsession. Yeah. Food cannot be obsession. food actually and it there are times when you like
29:03
enjoy the food. Yeah. But food is secondary. You're eating food for the nutrition. So, and I want to park here for a quick
29:09
second because I think that's part of the biggest problem that we have here in the United States is the relationship to
29:15
food. Marketing has so brainwashed people into this relationship, unhealthy
29:21
relationship for food. Everywhere else it's just a means to an end. You know, it's not a luxury. Does that make sense?
29:29
So here you you eat whatever you want whenever you want because your brain's being told this is this is it's like a
29:35
craving or it's a toxin like and it is a craving sugar and cocaine it's the same thing.
29:41
Absolutely. huge correlation to the dopamine hits and that's the dopamine and so uh it's
29:48
the addiction and so he got past that and and I'll go back to what you're saying but he got past that and it was
29:54
like four months now he's he's becoming more keto and carnivore and every once in a while he'll slide back but now all
30:01
his aches and pains are gone he's golfing again he actually started doing uh the uh senior uh and he's not the old
30:08
I forget what's what's the 50year-old 60-y old they track that like
30:15
that track and field and compete. So there's, you know, like bowling, there's a senior division bowling,
30:21
like a senior league. Senior league. Senior league. So it's But he's like 50, so it's not like old people league, but there's a
30:27
senior division for track and now he's running sprints and everything. His no problem with the diabetes, the eye
30:33
problem all disappeared. And the problem was he was so obsessed with and in five
30:39
days I get a pie and then six days I get a pizza, and seven days I'm doing the pasta. And just the obsession. Now, Dr.
30:45
Salisbury already proved this back in uh 1888. And then really important, a lot of people are like, "Yeah, well, where'd
30:51
you get your information?" Please research everything I'm saying. Rearch everything I'm saying. It's all
30:58
out there. So, Dr. Salsbury of Salsbury steak 1888. He uh he was a doctor to try to
31:05
help people with depression and then uh psych psychotherapy or I don't want to
31:11
say psych words. What do you call it? Not in St. Louis, but I want to be really nice. medical places where people having brain problems. I gota right and
31:17
depression and all these other things. Give us the French word.
31:25
Uh don't um now I'm thinking in French now. So it's funny. Uh and so in 18 he had
31:33
already back in like 1860s7s and he created this diet and it's basically
31:39
carnivore. It's like a little keto but more carnivore than keto. What's the difference of keto and car? Because
31:45
there might be people out there like what is keto? So keto so keto is just carb free. So
31:50
with keto you can do vegetables. You can do salad and vegetables and and fruit. Uh you can no different because of the
31:56
carbs. So you have three kinds of carbs. You have simple carb, regular carb, complex carb. And the simple carb are fruits and sugar.
32:03
Uh rice is really close to simple carb. You have uh regular carbs, um breads,
32:08
flowers, wheats. By the way, wheat is worse than white bread. genetically. We should not be eating wheat. If you have
32:14
to eat bread, eat sourdough bread. Okay. Uh and then complex carbs. There's three types of complex carbs. You have sweet potatoes, yams, and regular potatoes. On
32:21
the side note, sweet potatoes are really bad for you. If you have to have a potato, eat a white potato, not a sweet potato. Really? Why is that? Out of curiosity.
32:28
Because your glycemic level and then always in our I don't know. So down in South Africa, I don't know if
32:33
your grandparents when we have potatoes, we always peeled them. Yes. And like 11 kids, I remember, oh,
32:39
peel the potatoes and we peel like 40 potatoes. It was a thing to do. Everybody had peelers in their drawers.
32:44
Now, nobody has a peeler in their drawer. And they're like, oh, all the nutrients are in the the the skin of the
32:49
potato. That's where all the nightshade poison is. So, if you have to have a potato, if you can't do night shades, which most people
32:56
shouldn't, but some people can't. Peel the the potato and use a white
33:01
potato and make sure to blanch it. Really boil it and get all that night shade. And you actually can kill the
33:07
night shade if you, and this is going to sound strange, fry it. So, a French fry is actually your go-to, but it has to be
33:12
French fry that's um in tallow. So, Steve steak and shake.
33:18
Yes. And also tin and tallow. Yes. They fry tin and tallow. Tallow seems to I feel like the RFK
33:25
movement, he's really pushing these restaurants towards going back to tallow. Yeah, we've seen quite a few articles of of of crisps um crisps chips
33:33
chip manufacturers that are going to that really uh interesting. So yeah, so uh
33:39
keto is the vegetables. Carnivore is only carnivore. So carnivore is meat,
33:44
cheese and eggs, any kind of cream cheese, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, plain Greek yogurt, sour cream. In fact,
33:51
I have these tacos. Can we do these tacos really fast? Let's do it 100%. All right, so these are carnivore tacos.
33:57
Oh, I'm so excited. Oh my gosh. We've never eaten on the show before. So, wait. So, there's Do you want sour
34:02
cream? Sour cream. I'm good with the sour cream. Okay. There's a spoon right there. There's a plate for the best.
34:08
Thank you. We even get fed on the show. I tell you what, you're a regular guest for now.
34:14
I knew that. You want
34:20
You got to have one. I'm so excited. I'm going to put these notes down. All right. Well, I'm going to save you.
34:25
Just save me. Okay. I'll save you. So, fifth, what do you say to the doctors out there who are like, "Oh my gosh,
34:32
there you go." Thank you. You know, the cholesterol, cuz that's all you hear, right? Every doctor, first thing they want to do is
34:38
throw you on all your cholesterol meds. And then they want to tell you, can I say one thing right now? And
34:43
again, arm wrestle. I am not a doctor and I'm not suggesting you say do anything without researching.
34:50
This is for me and anybody that's along this line, but
34:55
I would highly suggest that you never ever take a statin for your entire life. So bad for your brain. They have proven
35:02
the higher your cholesterol in your body, the higher your cholesterol, the longer you're going to live. Your brain is 2/3 mileelin, which is fat, and your
35:08
spinal cord is 50% myelin. Your liver makes 80% of the cholesterol in your body. If you lower the intake of your
35:16
cholesterol, your liver has to work harder. On your cholesterol levels, all the food that you eat is only 20% of
35:23
your cholesterol levels. So, back in the 60s, maybe 70s, high cholesterol was at
35:29
350 and then it went down to 300, then it went down to 250, and then it went down to 200. Now, if you're at like 180,
35:36
like, oh, you better go on statins. All the higher cholesterol, the longer you will live. You know, people are going to
35:41
be really upset and I'm sorry if I upset you by that, but research everything.
35:46
There there's this Olympic doctor who's a holistic natural doctor.
35:54
He's on YouTube, very well credentialed, and he says his thing was that, you
36:00
know, we blame cholesterol for all these problems. And and I've said this in Dr. Bradley's episode, but
36:05
and it's always stuck with me. He says, "When we blame cholesterol for the heart attack, it's like blaming the ambulance
36:13
for the car wreck." I use that all the time. Or the fireman. Or the fire. Yeah. So, there's a fire and you always see
36:18
the fireman at the fire. So, they must have started the fire. The cholesterol is actually healing the artery. And it
36:25
was never the cholesterol. It was always the sugar. It was the sugar and the inflammation. The inflammation. Yeah. All that stuff. Yeah.
36:30
So, so this is a carnivore taco. All right. So, can you tell us what how you made this? So the taco
36:37
so good by the way everyone it's like a grilled cheese sandwich in a taco right so um so it's a uh sorry a/4
36:46
cup of uh uh uh pork rind okay rano what's there there there's a name
36:52
for a p uh any pork rinko pork rinko so 1/4 cup of that and then it's a
37:00
tablespoon of melted butter or what I use is heavy cream okay some salt and some cayenne. I put a a
37:07
pinch of cheese in there. And there is Oh, and and one egg. So that's what the shell is made of.
37:13
The shell is made of So the shell is made of that. Flatten that out. And you flatten it out, fry it in a minute, a half, a minute, a half to it. Then
37:19
what you can do if you really want it crunchy, you put your oven on at about 180 degrees and you fold it over your
37:26
oven grill, you know, the the pull out platform thingy, and you let them hang
37:32
and you put them in the oven for a good hour, you know, hour and a half depending on your oven. Yeah. And then it makes it really crunchy.
37:38
Oh wow. So it depends if you want crunchy. This is more like a flour tortilla kind of texture.
37:43
So good. And then you got the ground beef and you got serve these at the smoothie shop. I do not at the cafe. I do not. It's
37:50
smoothies. We got asai bowls. We got breakfast bowls. Uh we got So you do you do food there?
37:56
Well, it's it's kind of based around all kind of smoothies and juices. Yeah, we have and we try to do all organic.
38:02
Yes, we have organic juices. Uh and then I created certain recipes for the juices.
38:08
People come in, I'm hung over, I'm have a cough, I'm about to work out. And then I'll add certain items to their
38:15
juice or to their smoothie. Uh really important like uh a good example is uh
38:20
cinnamon. C E Y L O N Salon. Cinnamon is the best cinnamon. Okay.
38:25
Uh and it'll lower your uh glycemic lower your blood sugar straight down and
38:31
it'll slow down your heart heart rate as well if you're like freaking out. Yeah. Cen also cayenne on the tongue. So
38:37
people come in if they have a headache. Some like 85 90% of the people who have headache is because they're depleted of the sodium. When you get called by go to
38:44
an ambulance, the first thing they do is give you a bag of saline. All that is is salt water. Yeah. So they fill you Celtic salt.
38:52
Celtic salt. So Celtic Celtic salt 82 minerals. Uh the ocean is 92 minerals. Celtic salt has 82 minerals. Our body
38:58
has 92 minerals. God is good. And it has three types of magnesium and more important for women than men because of the thyroid has magnesium sulfate,
39:05
magnesium bromine, magnesium chloride. Now, people will come in, they have acid reflex, flex or stomach issues, and it's
39:12
because they don't have enough acid in their stomach. They're all like, "Oh, I got to get ant acid." Well, that's so
39:19
aggravating sometimes. Sorry, but it's really aggravating. And so, you don't have enough uh of the hydrochloric acid
39:27
in your stomach. One way to get more chloric acid in the hydrochloric acid is sodium chloride, as in you need more
39:34
salt in your diet. Wow. Our stomach acid is the second highest in the animal kingdom. We're
39:39
equivalent to a vulture. So, we should be eating carcasses and hair and and and
39:44
nails and you know beaks and stuff like this just like a vulture does. Please tell me you don't do that. Do not do that. Okay, good. Just flame out. You never
39:52
know what's nice. But it's because it's not because they have too much acids. They don't have enough acid. And so don't worry
39:59
about taking ant acids. Add sugar. Add sugar. Add salt. Celtic salt. Don't do table salt. table salt would kill you,
40:06
but add the Celtic salt to your diet. What's the difference between table? There's like three minerals in table salt
40:11
and they took out all the minerals. So, it seems to me, I hate to say this, I don't want to sound like conspiratorial, but it's like almost
40:18
everything you've been told is sort of or Yeah. It's like and and that
40:24
everything's been stripped like everything's been stripped down like you need the salt and yet they're
40:31
telling you not to take the salt. So, and now your body and then it just seems like it's perpetuating all the problems
40:38
um as you're trying to actually do the right thing, trying to get healthy. Yeah. And again, I'm not a doctor. I want everybody to research what they're
40:45
doing, but I'm a naturopath. Yeah. Right. And trying to get people healthy. The other thing in the Celtic salt is um
40:51
with the three types of magnesium. Yeah. Magnesium is a muscle relaxing. Yes. U people have acid reflux and it'll
40:57
start to go back up their throat. Yeah. And there's a couple of things. Um the there's something like 12 or don't count
41:04
you know quote me on the number but there's a bunch of sphincters in your body and one of the sphincters is a
41:10
aortic sphincter and that's that flap that goes over your stomach after you
41:15
eat. Yeah. So if you're stressed out sometimes when you're stressed out and you're running around like that and you kind of get
41:21
this acid reflex coming back up kind of thing. Um it's because your a your aortic
41:27
sphincter is stressed out. you're not relaxed and they're like, "Okay, calm down. Sit down and breathe." That's going to
41:33
be one way to start to relax it. But also, the Celtic salt has a magnesium. Magnesium is a muscle relaxing and it's
41:38
going to relax it as well. Okay? So, super important to relax it. Also, also very important while you're eating,
41:45
you should not be drinking. Drink up to a half an hour before you eat in a good 45 minutes, an hour water, just drinking
41:52
nothing. I just literally you don't want to dilute. And you can have sips like, you know, some things in your throat. have
41:57
sips and stuff like that. Uh you don't want to dilute the the hydrochloric acid in your stomach. Got it. So that's what's breaking down
42:05
all the food. And then your foot food's going to sit there because there's no acid to break it down and then rot and then cause the
42:10
stomach problems and then also come up your throat. Yeah. No bubbling around your food time. Half an hour, 45
42:16
minutes. So no champagne or any sodas or anything. Yeah. Oh, that's very think about that.
42:22
like you're what you're literally describing is like opposite of the vast majority 100%.
42:28
That's why you get what you get, right? And if they just And then the other thing, the final thing is is um
42:35
eat at least 2 hours before you go to sleep. 3 hours will be better, but two hours. So don't eat in about half an
42:40
hour. Go sleep because now you're horizontal and now it's going to come back up your throat and this is for the acid reflux.
42:46
Yes. And so you've got the stomach sphincter, the the aortic sphincter. Sphincter. Okay. Yeah. And then what are the other ones?
42:52
And not enough acid, add salt. The chloric acid. Also in the Celtic salt, there's magnesium chloride. So we'll add
42:58
to the hydrochloric acid as in the chloride. So that'll add as well. Super important. And then not drinking while
43:05
you're eating. And again, these are the people that are having stomach problems. Not everybody has that problem, but you
43:11
know, they still might want to kind of behave themsel while they're eating. Really important. If you really if you
43:16
still have a problem, then just don't combine. So if you have to have
43:22
you should never do another salad for the rest of your life. Salad's just not good. The reason the way to Okay, now now I'm gonna arm wrestle you.
43:31
Salads. Okay. If you have to have salad, then arugula is the one that you're supposed
43:36
to eat. Why no salad? I have to ask that question. The reason Yeah. The reason uh farmers
43:43
give their cows greens and grains is to fatten them up. If you want to be fat,
43:48
eat a salad. I'm just saying that. But salad has no calories, so it's okay. Yeah. But it's really hard for your d
43:55
body to digest and and and it's going to keep stuff in your system. You want to get it in and out.
44:00
Okay. All right. For sure. No spinach or kale. Wow. Really super bad because they have oxalates and they they're like diamonds
44:07
and it cuts up holes in your lower intestines. What? No kale. No spinach for the rest of
44:13
life. And spin and spinach is not as bad as kale. However, spinach uh within the first 24 hours loses 50% of its
44:19
nutritional value and within 48 hours is completely zero. So, if you have to have to have spinach, get in your garden,
44:25
your neighbor's garden. Oh my gosh. So, you're buying a bag. It's empty. It's just empty. It's already empty of all nutritional
44:31
value. It's so so completely silly. Okay. You're just ruining me. I'm like literally
44:38
guy. I love salad. If you do salad, do arugula. Okay. I do love arugula. But why is it
44:45
different? Cuz there there's no oxalates in the arugula. Okay. Well, it's the oxides you want to protect against. Okay. And it's your low gut, especially if
44:51
somebody has lower gut issues, really stay off the salad. Wow. Really super super Brussels sprouts.
44:56
So Brussels sprouts are hard to break down. Uh again, yeah. And there's um I
45:02
think it's sulfurophane in the Brussels sprouts. If you're going to do Brussels sprouts, you kind of need to cut it up, which I do.
45:07
Just like onions. Onions have allisonin in it and garlic has allisonin in it and broccoli has sulfurophane in it. So what
45:13
you need to do and you know when you cut an onion and you just get that wolf and it makes you cut that's allisonin the gas is called allisonin. So an animal
45:20
when you attack an animal it can run away but a plant can't. So a plant to keep animals away from
45:26
eating themselves is they have these toxins nightshade poisons and other poisons like that. That's the defense
45:31
mechanism right that's defense. So with the garlic and sometimes you know when you eat gar you open the garlic you put
45:37
in the pan you boil it you have the food and you eat it and then it's just breathing out of your body. But that's
45:43
the allisonin that's escaping. This is gas that you consume. So if you have to do garlic, onion, uh broccoli, all these
45:50
different uh items, uh attack it like cut it up. Okay. Put it in the corner a good 10 minutes
45:57
before you let it all release. It's all released. And then when you eat it, you're not going to have that garlic
46:02
kind of smell coming out of your body. Wow. So super super. And I'm not going to say garlic is there are health factors to
46:09
garlic. In fact, I put it in my master tonic, but I think about these tonics.
46:14
These tonics are put in my masteric, but I attack the garlic and then No, no, no.
46:20
Those are all Okay. But these are all yours and these are all yours. Oh, thank you. A Thank you. So, are these all masterics
46:26
or So, I when you do it's called the Grand Slam and there's four shots across and you do the Grand Slam and this the first
46:33
one you do is the master tonic. So, you want us to do it now or do you want to show everyone? All right. And this first one is going to taste sort of
46:40
like a salad dressing. All right. So I infuse and in it it's red jalapeno sorry jalapenos red anahims chili rianos
46:49
radish horseradish ginger onion garlic. There's just all these hot hot spices. I
46:55
infuse it for about 6 weeks. Then I ferment with my ukan hakaco and it becomes tasting like salad dressing
47:02
that tastes delicious but I'm on fire. It's it's like not bad on fire. It's a warm
47:07
It's a warm This is right up my alley. And there's a lot of cayenne in it. And again, the cayenne has the caps.
47:13
Can I drink water with Absolutely. So good. Mhm. What about
47:19
he is radishes again are good in this consistency, but they're they're not as
47:26
good as cayenne. Cayenne has a certain cap capsain in it. Yeah. And that'll heal anything. That'll heal
47:32
cuts. Yeah. That'll heal heart attacks. Yeah. So, I was just over at the Charlie Kirk Memorial.
47:38
Before you go there, sorry to pause you. This Am I meant to take another one? So, you're taking the second one. And they're back to back. There's four of
47:44
them. Oh, okay. That's why I'm saying, by the way. Yeah, you got to keep up. So good. Sorry. Salad. Salad desert.
47:50
I went to public school. But what is this now? Is this So, this is the ukan hako, the fermented turmeric. Okay.
47:56
And it's going to start like a light mustard and finish like a vinegar. So good. Now, there are a lot of people that come in the shop and uh they start feeling
48:03
better after taking this tumeric. Yeah. Then they'll go home and they'll try to find a light mustard finish like a light
48:09
vinegar and they can't find it. Well, I I kind of invented it. So, there's that. And so, I ship it all over the United
48:15
States. Did another shipment. Uh, by the way, yes, these taste all of them taste
48:20
amazing. That is amazing. I actually put that on like my beef. I put that on my chicken. I put that on
48:27
like a marinade. Okay. Wow. Oh, good. Oh, wow. This is This is fun. Finally. Best episode ever. All right.
48:34
You're going to have to be a regular. So, now this is the time of the furnamented time. Breathing, lungs,
48:39
congestion, sinuses, and allergies. Like a superhis. And it's going to taste sort of like a
48:45
Christmas tree. Like a Christmas tree. It does taste like a Christmas tree. I don't know. It just
48:51
like if Christmas tree ever fell on you and you accidentally ate some of it, it kind of tastes like a Christmas tree.
48:56
It's refreshing, right? Very refreshing. Mhm. That's the one I think would taste good with gin.
49:01
It would vodka. This would be the best gin drink. Yeah.
49:07
We got a bottle, right? Yes. You got a bottle right here at home. Tonight they were drinking. Guess what the crossers are doing
49:13
tonight. No more coughing for me. Thank you so much.
49:19
Then the on the four of the grand slam. This is the last one. And it's a double fermented kombucha.
49:24
I love kombucha. This one it's going to taste sort of like the color pink. Okay. Like the crayon.
49:30
Like pink. It kind of just tastes like a color pink. Yeah. You know, even the smell of it when you say that.
49:35
Well, that's good. And it's double fermented. Just so good for your grape probiotics. What is in the kombucha?
49:40
And it's just fermented green tea. That's it. Yep. And then why is it pink? Well, and then I add um my beet juice
49:47
with it. So, it's beet, ginger. Uh what about beets? Lemon. Beets. Really good if you're about to work out. Really good. It oxy
49:54
it cleans your red blood cells. So what happens your red blood cells typically
49:59
are like this. There's a 1 percentersenters. I don't know if you ever heard of 1 percententers. There's 1 percententers are very they have unique
50:04
things about them. So 1enters they're the ones that can smoke till they're 96 and never get cancer because their red blood cells are like this and they can't
50:10
get carcinogens in them. The average person their red blood cells are like this and carcinogens get in there and
50:15
just you know just smog or smoke or different things get in there. when you uh drink beet juice, it uh cleans all
50:23
your red blood cells, allowing oxygen to get in there. And so they started in the mid '9s with the
50:29
Russian uh weightlifterss. Yeah. And then it switched to the triathletes and then the bodybuilders and all these
50:35
people when they about to compete, they do some beet juices and because it oxygenates their body and they have a a
50:42
longer workout like they have more endurance and then they can lift more. Beets really good for you. I have beets every day almost in his
50:49
little concoction. I love my beets. That was fabulous. Thank you so much. So, going back to the smoothie cafe, all
50:56
of this is available there. All of it's there. I make them right there in the kitchen. People come in and then all the time people come in like
51:03
fifth, I have gout. How can I fix that? Fix, you know, of a skin thing. You know, well, there's just all these
51:08
different remedies. Fifth, I have a headache. I put salt on their palm. They lick it. Uh so again I was just at the
51:14
Charlie Kirkham memorial and it was 4 in the morning. There was about 40,000 people and I was right at the front with
51:20
this nurse coincidentally and I always carry it's in my car right now. Salt and cayenne. I was going to bring that in. I
51:26
can't believe I forgot. I try all these things salt and cayenne salt. So and uh so they started passing out
51:32
because they're like sardines and you know so hot too. It was like 85 90 degrees at 4 in the morning and they're like medic. So, I
51:39
grabbed the RN and I would make my my way over there and we get salt on the tongue. And then, you know, it helps for
51:45
the the headache and it helps the energy and it's an ion with the positive ions and negative ions. And it's also
51:51
electricity. Okay. Uh, on a side note, baking soda. Do a half a teaspoon of baking soda before
51:56
you work out. All that is is pure electricity for your body. So, I get salt on the Hold on. Hold on. Pause you.
52:03
This is great information. So, half a teaspoon of baking soda. Just in water. and just water about this
52:09
much water. Okay? So, some people will put in this whole water and then you have to drink this whole disgusting water. Put about this
52:14
water down it and then chase it with a nice clean glass of water. Really good way to work out if you're
52:19
doing tennis or something like that. Also, if you're out on the tennis court, not sure you know she's an amazing tennis player, competes all the time.
52:25
One of the best on the island. If you're hot, thanks Trace for telling him.
52:31
If you're hot and you're about to pass out, you're lightheaded. You just spent 5 hours in the heat in Florida. Uh, get
52:37
salt on your tongue and then also cayenne. Cayenne on your tongue. Can I ask you how how much? Sorry.
52:42
So, so I have this container like this. You lick your finger, put on your tongue. Try not to get lips unless you want big red lips. I Some girls want big
52:49
red lips and some vasel dilator and it's going to open up your AMC or interior migular cortex and it'll stop the brain
52:56
event if somebody's having a heart attack or palpitations or something's wrong with the heart kind of on the tongue. And I had to do it on the plane
53:02
one time as well. I had seven times over at the the the event, seven different people were passing out, you know, at
53:09
the the gate at four in the morning, five in the morning. At five in the morning, there's like 70,000 people. So me and the nurse like sometimes manic,
53:16
medic, we go over there kind on the tongue and it opens up your arteries for your heart as well.
53:21
Wow. And it stops that event. Anybody having a heart attack? It's basically like nitroglycerin.
53:26
Okay. But I don't carry that in my pocket. So I have diet. Yeah. Uh, and then you know lightaded.
53:31
Some people you know you get uh like a headache or start to get a migraine. Have you guys ever had a migraine?
53:36
Yeah, I've started to get one and and it can be nasty. So, so you get the heaviness in your eyes. Yes. Some people get peripheral here or
53:43
peripheral here or some it'll turn black and white and that starts to happen. Cayenne on on
53:48
cayenne on your tongue and finger kind of on your tongue and it opens up the AMC gets oxygen to your brain and it
53:54
dissipates like within 10 minutes. Wow. So, you know, I do my little now. So, question for you because I do that
53:59
cayenne like every day in my little tea. I So, is that different the way I do it versus just putting Okay,
54:04
you're you're still getting the cayenne which is really good. I would say at least three times a day, but it it is a faster absorption if you get it on your
54:11
tongue before you drink it. Okay. Uh this one guy had heart problems and it cured his heart problems. He was
54:16
doing but he was doing like a tablespoon of cayenne three times a week. That was a lot of kind. It is good for your libido for men.
54:22
Okay. And it helps the blood flow. What about for women? You got anything for the women? Well, it's
54:31
well the the guy has the libido problem. The girl has the headache problem. Yeah. Not tonight, honey. I got a headache and
54:36
it cures the headache. So, there you go. So, guess what? I I just learned that I got
54:42
There's a cayenne open up every night. Cayenne.
54:47
So, yeah, it really opens. Fasil dilator really good uh to work out people especially diabet diabetic people. Yeah.
54:55
and they they just had like too much bananas and some peaches or something and their sugar levels are really really
55:01
rising. They're starting to get the headache, man. Straight away kind on that tongue. Uh get some salt and then
55:07
obviously get some butter as well. Can I just ask you a question? So, um Shiloh plays a lot of sports. Nice.
55:13
And there'd be times where he'll go from a football game to a baseball game in the same day, right? You know, down here in the south. So,
55:20
what cuz I I hate Gatorade. I really do. Yeah. I mean, no, nothing against we're not here to bash, but
55:26
there's a lot of additives in Gatorade. The old Gatorade was really really good. They kind of add some like the dyes.
55:32
Yeah, the dyes. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. So, so would would be helpful? What would could
55:37
we do for 100% 100%. So, back in the day, my my dad and grandpa and everything when they
55:43
were playing football, they used and they were in the military, they used to have salt tablets. They and they were
55:48
out there in uniform and it was 180 degrees and they were you know running up and down doing all these things and
55:54
then in the middle of it they'd stop and like everybody salt tablets and they would give salt tablets. Wow. Right. And then they stopped that.
56:00
It's crazy. Can you still buy salt tablets? You can I'm sure I never
56:06
Celtic salt but then again just Celtic if he did a couple of times of salt on his uh tongue. What about the the the the baking soda?
56:13
Is that bacon? Yeah, baking soda. Half a teaspoon before he works out. Oh, before before he goes to the football game and
56:19
stuff and it's cuz your whole body is just electrical. It's all electricity and you're trying to balance the acidity
56:26
in your body, you know, from stress and and kind of your diet and the sugar and
56:31
the the cayenne as well as the baking soda and the salt is going to balance
56:37
your pH levels. Okay? And it's going to also permit more electricity. The one thing that I
56:42
haven't touched super super important uh is uh grounding. So a guy came in today
56:48
and he went to the doctors and he said, "Hey fifth, my uh blood pressure is way too high. The doctor wants me to go on
56:53
statin." I go, "Okay, I'm lucky that he's not here because I would say something to him." And and again, research. I am not a
57:00
doctor. Please research this. But he right before he went to the doctors, he had breakfast at 8. He went to the
57:05
doctors at 9:00. He had granola, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
57:10
right there. I'm just sitting there. Are you seriously serious right now? And so, one
57:16
good way to first of all, don't eat before you go to the doctor. Second of all is it's called stacking.
57:22
Okay, so your blood when uh there's too many uh positive ions, which is a bad thing.
57:28
It's pushing you down. when you could to the go to the ocean or waterfall and the splashing of the water. It's negative
57:34
ions that break the positive ions to lift your spirits, okay? Uh your attitude and stuff.
57:39
So stacking is when you have too many positive ions. Get grounded. You got to stand any ground barefoot.
57:46
But it has to be like like not this ground outside like get on dirt grass. Sand is really
57:54
good. And then what happens it's uh your body your blood starts to flow. Okay.
57:59
It stops stacking and then you're releasing, you know, the plug for a wash machine. The grounding
58:05
plug. Oops. The grounding plug is this third one right here is so it doesn't the washing machine doesn't back up and
58:12
cause a fire, right? Yeah. So, it grounds the washing machine. Well, our body is the same thing. We have all this static electricity and if
58:18
you touch somebody and you spark them, it's because of extra electricity. You got to get rid of that. Yeah.
58:23
Really important for your blood flow. And that's by getting grounded. Yeah. That's why we love um just
58:29
advertisements for grounding sheets. I have a grounding sheet. Oh, that do you recommend those? Absolutely. Definitely works and you can
58:36
test it and I have a tester and it's a meter. So when I'm touching that the
58:42
grounding sheet and touching myself, then it goes back to zero. Okay. Or it goes up to 10. It's one or the
58:48
other. I forget the the the difference. But then if I don't touch the the grounding sheet, you can see the
58:54
difference in the measure. Okay. So, uh, it gave me too much energy. So, too much energy.
58:59
Not sure if you can tell, but I'm a little energetic. Wait a minute. What do you like too much
59:04
energy? I don't do any coffee. I don't do caffeine. I do chocolate once a year.
59:11
It's a little energetic for me. One second, Asher. Where are we at right now?
59:17
Okay. Okay. Um, so you think that the grounding sheets are worth investing in?
59:22
Absolutely. So, I don't have it on my bed. I have it on my couch. Okay. So, the cushions, I put the grounded
59:28
sheets. So, whenever I'm sitting on the the the couch, I'm getting grounded that way. Okay. Really important for the sheets if you're wanting to invest in
59:34
sheets is linen. So, it's uh it um vibrates at 50,000.
59:39
Oh, sorry. 50,000. 5,000. So, there's linen and what's the other one? Not
59:45
hemp, not cotton. The silk. Not silk. No. Say another.
59:50
Cotton. Not cotton. Cotton. Linen. I'm having a break. Bamboo. Ham is really good. Bamboo is really
59:57
good. So linen and it comes linen is from a
1:00:02
plant. And what's the other one? It comes from an animal. It's an animal thing. Oh, animal. An animal. Here.
1:00:08
It's not cotton. It's They get it from an animal. Sheep. Like um wool.
1:00:14
Wool. Wool. Thank you very much. That was so simp.
1:00:19
That's the high school kid. Wool. Thank you very much. So wool vibrates at 5,000 and linen vibrates at 5,000. Okay? And
1:00:25
in Leviticus, I think it's 22:22. It's right there in Leviticus. Genesis
1:00:31
Leviticus. Um it the the Jewish people are not allowed to mix their wool and
1:00:37
their linen. That's true. So linen vibrates at 5,000. Wool vibrates at 5,000. However, wool
1:00:42
vibrates from west to east and linen vibrates east to west. So when you put lin and wool together, it cancels it
1:00:47
out. Becomes zero. And it's really bad for your body. So instead of having wool sheets, I have
1:00:52
linen sheets. So that vibrates at 5,000. And the linen sheets uh as you as you're
1:00:59
sleeping in the linen, it's healing your body. If you're healthy, you're right around you're vibrating between 70 and
1:01:04
100. Yeah. If you're under unhealthy, you're like 50 to 30. If you're in hospice, you're vibrating at 15.
1:01:10
So So let's talk vibrate because yeah, I want to know how you test yourself. Well, and I also want to bring you can
1:01:16
research totally research all of this. But you got to understand though, so for a lot of these people, right, because
1:01:21
one, we're a real estate show, right? I swear to you, a real estate show. D and I actually know how this happened.
1:01:27
We do help you buy and sell real estate. I want to make that very clear. However, but it's also about the lifestyle and the characters of the island.
1:01:33
Well, and and what you know, if you're going to move here, you want to live your best life. Well, that's exactly
1:01:39
best. So, with that being said, I want to park here. Uh, is is that my phone?
1:01:45
It's right there. Sorry. Yeah. Sorry folks. My phone. It's right there. You know, it'll it'll
1:01:52
stop ringing. Hey, you know what? It's a podcast. It's a podcast. It does happen. Whatever. Things happen.
1:01:57
Thanks. You're good. Don't move the camera. You're moving. I'm not using that one. Yeah. Yeah. I'm on it.
1:02:03
Oh, he's good. Okay. Yeah. Don't worry about it. You're good. Oh, wait. You got stuff you're listen looking at. Oh,
1:02:09
that's a teleprompter. This is
1:02:14
I'm screwed. But I want to park for a minute because the thing is you this is all in you,
1:02:20
right? There's no doubt about it. This is your DNA. This so you're flowing with a lot of information. But for a lot of people out there, you know, uh Nicole
1:02:27
Tesla said, you know, if you want to understand the universe, you know, understand it from frequency, energy, and vibration. Like that that there's
1:02:33
really nothing real or solid. That it's it's a wave of energy either, you know,
1:02:38
very slow, which condenses it, makes it feel like a solid or high frequency, which is almost an invisible realm.
1:02:46
Right. So, let's talk about that. what you're talking about with the vibration because
1:02:51
you know the way I liking it is you can go to a party and somebody walks in the room like you and you go man the party
1:03:00
started right cuz you the you raise the vibration yes because you have a high vibration
1:03:05
whereas somebody comes in and they're like that person where they're heavy and they're at a low vibration right and
1:03:11
so that's how I would let people because we all can relate to that like oh my god that person not to be mean to people but they got
1:03:18
low vibration you don't want to be around them. So, explain what you're talking about there with so important. This is and there there's
1:03:23
the saying, you're only as good as the people you hang out with. Yeah. You're you can go into a test exam and
1:03:30
and be freaking out about the test exam and your energy can flow off to one,
1:03:36
two, three, I mean there is a distance, but two, three people around you and they start getting anxious,
1:03:43
right? And then again, your vibration. If you're healthy, 70 to 100. Uh 50 to 70 is not bad. If it's lower than 50,
1:03:49
you're sick. And if it's lower than 30, you're in hospice. Wow. Right. So when you walk into a situ a
1:03:55
room where you know they're not so they're they're upset. Yeah.
1:04:00
They're something just happened that really upset a lot of people and their frequency is lower. And then some people
1:04:06
have a cold and you go in there like, "Okay, hey, I got to leave." See? Because your your frequency starts to go
1:04:12
down. Yeah. All right. And you are always kind of like, I want to hang out with that person. I want to hang out. And you
1:04:17
there's certain people you really want to hang out with. And it's because when you're around them, your frequency goes up.
1:04:23
Nice. So, you're only as good as the people you hang out with. And there's another saying, you're only as smart as the smartest person in your group, you
1:04:29
know, kind of thing. It it adds to it. It definitely adds to it. And sleeping
1:04:34
again with the linen and the wool. Uh they used to have linen and sheets in the hospitals up until the 1920s and
1:04:41
then they switch it over to polyester. People used to check before that time, check themselves into a hospital to get
1:04:46
healthy. Wow. Because they couldn't afford the linen sheets. You know, they're poor, couldn't afford it. Wow. And then they switch it over. The other
1:04:53
thing about linen is bacteria can't grow on linen. Okay. Now, this is going to be a little bit out there. And please, you need to
1:04:58
research this. You need to recharge the linen. So, uh I have linen socks, linen boxers. This is
1:05:06
my work shirt. So, it's not linen. Um, back in the day when you uh wash and
1:05:12
dried your wash your uh sheets. Yeah. And you put them on the clothes line. Yep. Outside and then you make your bed. Yes.
1:05:18
And you sleep that night and it was the best sleep you ever had. It was always the best. So fresh.
1:05:24
Yeah. Fresh. We didn't have dryers down in South Africa. We didn't have dryers. So what I do is and the sun comes into
1:05:31
my wind through my window to my bed is I bring the sheets halfway down and then I have linen sheets and linen pillowcases
1:05:38
and I put them right there in the sun and they used to do that back before the 1920s recharging that they would put the
1:05:43
the pillows in the window frames and then what do you call those windows that stick out the bay windows they would put
1:05:51
the in like in the castles and everything they put them in the bay windows the sun would charge them up
1:05:56
and then you get them back to 5,000 and then when you sleep you had a really good sleep and you felt healthier in the morning. Can we talk about the sun?
1:06:02
Isn't it that is fabulous? I had no I had zero idea about that%. Wow. 522.
1:06:10
Okay. Give me a sec. Yep. Well, I went but no no here's what we're going to do.
1:06:16
So, because well, one I'm sure if you're watching and you made it this far, put
1:06:21
something in the comments about any questions that you have for Fifth or anything you'd want to talk about cuz what we we're going to have you back.
1:06:26
We're having you back. If you will come back, I think you need to come back often because you Yeah, there's so much to unpack. I want to
1:06:32
talk about the sun though because that's another thing because we've been taught to fear the sun. Can I because I know we're out of time
1:06:39
kind of cut you off and lead you to what you're going to ask me anyways. Um, so sun does not cancer cause cancer. Please
1:06:46
research this. I'm not a doctor. Sun does not cause cancer. However, you your
1:06:51
diet will cause cancer if you're in the sun depending. So, uh, cholesterol. So, you eat the cholesterol. So, I'm
1:06:57
carnivore. I eat the fat. And your your go-to is not chicken, turkey, and fish. Your go-to is a ribeye. You need as much
1:07:03
fat as possible. Okay. So, once you have that fat and then the cheese and the eggs, I every morning for
1:07:08
breakfast, I have six eggs. I try to average 10 to 15 eggs a day. Oh my god. You know, I can just hear I
1:07:14
can hear it now. He's going to die. Look at him though. Does he look fat?
1:07:20
Yeah. So, I had a a volleyball accident a couple months ago and it slammed my jaw and I couldn't eat anything but soft
1:07:26
food. So, I was averaging 20 eggs a day, okay? And I was so healthy. So, the reason I'm bring this up is you have to have the
1:07:32
fat. To have the fat, then you consume it. Then your body creates what's called 7DHC,
1:07:38
7D hydro cholesterol. So, when you consume the cholesterol, your body creates a 7D dehydro cholesterol, 7 DHC,
1:07:44
and it goes on your skin. And then when you're out in the sun, it turns it into vitamin D. Oh wow.
1:07:51
Right. And the your body only makes one vitamin. Only one vitamin and it makes it vitamin D. So you're out in the sun,
1:07:58
you're creating this vitamin D. Then you're cons your body and you know absorbs it and it keeps you healthy and don't get a cold and get sick. But it
1:08:04
also protects your skin from cancer. The caveat, and this is hugely important, is
1:08:10
when I'm playing pickle ball, you'll have some older people who don't seem very healthy and they have the sleeves
1:08:15
and they have gloves and they have long pants and it's 180 degrees and they have the hat and then they have the thing
1:08:20
over their head and there's no touching the sun, which is really important for them because they're vegetarians.
1:08:28
And if the ve if you're a vegetarian, you're not getting any fat. You're not going to create the 7DHC, 7D hydro
1:08:33
cholesterol. It's not going to go on the sun. It's not going to protect them. If they didn't protect their skin, they
1:08:39
will get skin cancer. Wow. And it's all from the fat from the seven DHC. Please research this.
1:08:44
No. Listen. All right. It's fascinating. First of all, you can I just ask I have two questions.
1:08:50
Just just two quick questions and then we'll let you go. I'll try to say yes and no, not one. Okay. No. So, how do you u measure your
1:08:57
frequency where your body? Yeah, that's a good question. You can't you I mean they they you can go to a
1:09:02
doctors or people that have special equipment but so it's an equipment equipment and so you can't measure it
1:09:08
but you can feel it. Okay. And you can feel energetic. Oh I'm feeling energy. I'm probably like 85 90.
1:09:13
Oh like I I'm going to go run. I just finished my workout now. I'm higher. You know I'm 95 100. Oh I'm starting to get
1:09:20
sick. You know when I get sick? It was never the vitamin C. Who when was the last time somebody died of scurvy?
1:09:26
Yeah. It was never ever the vitamin C. It's not bad to take vitamin C, but it was always the vitamin D, right?
1:09:31
So, when you were down, you need that extra vitamin D. So, I'll take five capsules of vitamin D. I'll say take
1:09:37
some supplements as well. I take some oregano. Uh, and then just So, there's other complex stuff that I take as well.
1:09:44
But for sure, you can feel it. If you really wanted to measure it and if you're like starting to get sick and
1:09:49
you're concerned, you can go to res. I'm not sure Restore has it, but there are some places that can measure your
1:09:54
frequency. Wow. Okay. Okay. That's fascinating. Second question, um the carnivore diet,
1:10:00
we I have been taught that dairy is not good for you because it causes inflammation, right? Can you speak to that?
1:10:07
Super super important. It's not dairy, but what goes with the dairy? So, for example, if you have a regular store-bought ice cream, uh it's going to
1:10:14
have a lot of sugar and additives and stuff. So, I'm talking milk, cheese, sour. So, some people are lactose intolerant because of
1:10:20
what happened in the pre when they were younger. So there's an electrical energy that's going like here. And if you have
1:10:26
an impact, some people it's because they're in accident. Some people because their best dog died when they were 5 years old. Uh some people because their
1:10:33
mom and dad got divorced. They had some kind of impact. Then the energy is stopped and it's not circulating your
1:10:40
body. Now you become and you'll you'll find like if you get a divorce, all of a sudden I'm I'm allergic to flour or I'm
1:10:46
allergic to grapes. All of a sudden you create these allergies. Like I was never allergic to nuts before. And you create
1:10:51
these allergies. It's because your electricity is not going not flowing. Also, some people won't eat cheese and
1:10:57
meat for 20 years and all of a sudden you try to teach your body to eat, you know, drink milk again. Yeah. So, you
1:11:03
have to definitely go easy. Some people can't drink milk, but they can do goat milk. Okay. And goat milk is super super good. And
1:11:09
in fact, it says in the Old Testament to always drink goat milk for healthy. The land is flown with milk and honey.
1:11:15
Milk and honey. Absolutely. So, it doesn't cause the inflammation. And I make a really good carnivore ice cream.
1:11:21
Oh my gosh. And And you know, is that what you serve at the Smooth Cafe? I can I don't serve it, but I can create
1:11:26
it. And it's just five egg yolks and 2 and 1/2 cups of heavy cream. And you you
1:11:32
peek the yolks and you peek the cream and you blend it lightly or you fold it in lightly. Uh cinnamon and then honey.
1:11:38
Honey is carnivore. Yeah. U vanilla. Uh and then you freeze it an hour, blend
1:11:44
it, freeze an hour, blend it, freeze it hour, then you freeze it for 4 hours or like the next day or the next day or the
1:11:49
next day. It's so good. And in cream, heavy cream is melatonin. So when you
1:11:55
have ice cream at night, this ice cream at night, healthy ice cream, it actually helps you sleep. Wow.
1:12:00
Yeah. Wow. So how how would you rechar If you did have a break in your electrical
1:12:05
field, how do you get it going? So uh I actually had an impass one time and I was actually allergic to milk.
1:12:11
Okay. And so there are certain doctors out there and and he'll he'll touch your head and touch your stomach and ask you
1:12:17
questions. What happened when you're seven years old or seven years old? I was in an accident, blah blah blah. Uh, and then he touched it and he reconnects
1:12:24
that energy. You have to go to these doctors that are like the and I don't even know what the name of the doctor
1:12:29
similar to like the um like Beth shown um um acupuncture. So, but it's kind of like
1:12:37
does connect and they might be able to do it. So, then they reconnected that
1:12:42
and he said in 24 hours have a glass of milk. And I'm tell you I was really bad with milk. 24 hours later I had a glass of milk.
1:12:49
I'm like, "Okay, I'm going to get really close to the bathroom, drink the milk." Nothing happened. And now I can drink
1:12:55
milk and cheese and and fine heavy cream and not a problem. That's fascinating. Thank you. Thank you
1:13:01
for entertaining me on that. Absolutely. Questions. Do you meditate? Uh so I do 12 uh 12 minutes in the
1:13:07
morning. I do uh I listen to meditation music and I do breath work. Yeah, breath work hugely important. Gary uh
1:13:14
Gary Brea uh he does bre work. They also have this Navy Seal square. Yeah, I do what's called double go uh breath
1:13:20
work and I also do what's called the Fibonacci sequence of 13 13 853 2 1 and
1:13:28
hold your breath and you actually create uh new neurons and stem cells from
1:13:33
breath work and holding your breath it actually creates new stem cells. They're like you can't you can actually create
1:13:38
new stem cells. Yeah. I and we're going to have to wrap this up but I mean we could probably this could be like a five hour podcast.
1:13:44
We'll have questions. No questions. completely that we do not need so many questions but because I I want to end it
1:13:51
on that and this would be the hope to everybody is is that the body is an amazing resilient
1:13:58
machine and that it's we've been given everything the natural medicines out there and that it's really about us. It
1:14:05
wants homeostasis. It wants balance and it's the decisions we make whether it's taking the time to do breath work,
1:14:11
paying attention to how you feel, exercise, exercise, all those things, but that it can regenerate. Yes. You know, the liver
1:14:17
regenerates regenerates everything. So, a good detox for the liver if you're having like fatty livers, they're going to put you
1:14:22
on medicine and your liver is about to break down. Super super great detox for the liver is 14 eggs for 14 days.
1:14:28
Wow. Wow. And it regenerates the liver. Now, I know this is about real estate and everything. And one of the reason you
1:14:34
brought me on uh is because um it was about a year, two years ago, there was a
1:14:39
guy that went to all the smoothie cafes shops and and uh they came out and they
1:14:44
didn't say who was one, two or three, but they said the top eight in the state and I was one of the top eights in the state for smoothie shops and the best in
1:14:52
Buford as well. So if you move to the area, you're looking to the area food cafe where you located
1:14:57
around the south end. Of course, South End over by Staples over by the entrance to Sea Pines. Yep.
1:15:03
And I will add Shiloh's favorite place for ice cream. He loves your ice cream. Best soft serve on the island.
1:15:09
Organic ingredients and his organic almond milk. It's so good for I just can't thank you enough. Number
1:15:14
one, I'm very fascinated. I want to keep this conversation going. And I just want to say to somebody every Ashley Shiloh, put the camera on fifth. I promise you
1:15:21
folks, you have no idea. I We meet 55 year olds all the time. Put it back on the big camera of the main one here. We
1:15:29
work with the 55 plus crowd, right? Over and over. This guy is more energy. And I'm not going to say his name. You never have to
1:15:35
guess his age. Promise you 55. I know. I know, right? But I promise you
1:15:41
folks, he's not. This guy is if you He should be an inspiration because this shows you
1:15:47
what's possible in life. Um, but you have to approach it a little different and you have to take a different you
1:15:52
have to do different things, right? If I could say one final thing. Yeah. Uh, and they did a study if you think
1:15:57
like so I always guess my age at 42. If you act like you're 42, you start
1:16:03
running more like you start exercising. What did I do when I was 42? Well, I ran up the steps. Well, let me run up the steps. You got to think that age
1:16:10
projected and then you act like and I didn't mean that. I'm not trying to offend. What I'm saying is is like I
1:16:16
have no idea how old you are, but you know, Club Med sort of gives me some clues, but uh
1:16:22
well, I've been a lot of places years. I'm just trying to say I agree with you because you know, like um I I we both
1:16:29
say the same thing. We think and act like we're in our 30s still. Like that's I'm 29. I don't know about you. 32. 32.
1:16:35
Yeah, that's how I approach it. But will you come back and be a regular? I folks, we want to have Fifth Back as a regular
1:16:41
cuz I feel like you have so much to offer. And listen, he's here. Come and see him. Come talk to him. If you're in
1:16:47
the area, if you're local, come down and see. You You've just heard it. This guy is just
1:16:53
And come try all these these amazing tonics that he's bought us. I mean, these fermented these things taste
1:17:00
amazing. I wouldn't And the carnivore tacos are amazing. He won't make those for you in the
